New Sod

I know most of you couldn't care less about my grass but these pictures are mainly for Daniel. We recently had an irrigation system installed and new sod put down. We finally have grass after two summers in our house. Last summer we fought the drought and our grass didn't survive. This summer, Daniel is gone and I haven't had time to water so once again our grass looked horrible. So we threw the towel in and had the sod installed. It looks so good and I'm really happy to finally have a yard. I have to say, it's much harder to mow when you actually have grass. I mowed it for the first time yesterday and I have a blister on my thumb :(
