A couple of weekends ago, I went with a group of my girlfriends to Arrington Vinyard just south of Nashville. The winery is owned by Kix Brooks who is better known for his country music group, Brooks and Dunn. The view was beautiful and the wine was great too! The only negative was that it was really hot, but it didn't stop us from having a really good time. Here are a few pictures from the day.

We sat next to a group of people who had this eagle sitting on their picnic table. Lisa asked why they had it and it turns out they were all school administrators celebrating the end of the school year and they brought along their mascot. Because all of our husbands are in the "Screaming Eagles," and most of them are deployed right now, we thought it would be funny to take a picture with the eagle and send it to them.
Mya liked the eagle a little too much!
All in all it was a great day and we will definitely be back.
