The week after New Year's, my sister Haley came to visit and help out. She arrived on a Tuesday and Jason and my two nieces arrived the following Saturday. It was good to see everyone and it was really nice of Haley to come early and help me. I got some extra sleep that week with her help. The cousins had a blast playing together too. It was fun to watch them play.
Before Jason and the girls arrived, we took Haley to the beach for a day trip. It was very nice to get out of the house. We love the town of Seaside and walked around the shops and had lunch.
Claire and I rolled up our pants and got our feet wet. It was nice to be able to enjoy the beach in January.
For Christmas, Claire got a Dora Dance game for the Kinect. She and Sofia had a blast dancing to the music and we were cracking up watching them. Notice Scarlett on the couch in the background. That child is fearless and climbs on everything :) She takes after her momma!
