One weekend in May, we decided to head to the beach with friends for an overnight stay. Our friends Josh and Haley McDonald and their two kids, and our friends Adam and Erin, rented a three bedroom condo for the weekend. We had a great time, despite the fact that we didn't see much of the beach because it rained all weekend. We spent most of the day on Saturday walking around Seaside in the rain and in the condo enjoying each other's company. Sunday turned out to be a beautiful day but we didn't get to stay very long because the guys had to get home to study. Before we left to drive home, we went to a beach community called Alys Beach. It's super nice and they have a cute little playground that we stopped at to let Claire play for a bit. Here are a few pictures of the kiddos enjoying the playground.
