This year we had a full house for the holiday. We usually do the traveling over the holidays because we are the only ones of either of our families who live in Tennessee. However, this year, my sister Haley and her family along with my mom and Daniel's dad made the trip to our house for the holiday. It was fun to host and it could possibly be the last time we host a holiday at our house in Tennessee since we will be relocating to Alabama this year. Daniel was in charge of the turkey and it turned out GREAT!! Amy and John Williams and their kiddos also joined us for Thanksgiving although I failed to get any pictures of the actual dinner.............oops. Either way it was good food and good company.
We got a little dusting of snow on Thanksgiving morning and Sofia and Scarlett thought it was so neat. Yes, that's Sofia outside without any clothes on. Don't worry she wasn't out there long :)
After a big day of eating and watching football, it was time for horse rides on the backs of Daniel and Jason. I think Jason picked the short straw.
The night after Thanksgiving we thought it would be fun to make a fire and roast marshmellows. It was really cold outside but the fire made it somewhat comfortable and the kids had so much fun.
