The first full day of our trip we decided to sit through a time share presentation in order to get the free stuff. They offered us $200 per couple towards dinner and drinks at the resort and $100 for the spa. We thought it was worth the hour and a half presentation and it was an overcast morning anyway so we went for it. As it turns out, we ended up falling in love with a villa located in a gated community call Montecristo Estates. The view was amazing and the fact that it had three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms and a pool was even better. We like to vacation with family and friends so it seemed ideal to us. The best part about it was that we were able to make a joint purchase with my sister and brother-in-law and we are now fractional owners of the villa. Even better, part of the deal was that the company bought mine and Daniel's other time share so that money could be put towards this purchase. So, we basically upgraded. I can't wait to go back to Cabo and stay here with friends and family!
This is the view from our villa. Because we are so high up, you can actually see the sun rise and the sun set over the ocean.

We are really excited about this and can't wait to bring our friends and family!
