After our trip to Baltimore, we flew to Texas to visit my new nephew. Cameron is such a good baby and is so sweet. It's nice to welcome another boy to the family! Claire was interested at times but most of the time, she just wanted to play with Tanner. However, Claire was VERY interested in breast feeding. When it was time for Juli to feed Cameron, Claire was all up in Juli's personal space asking what she was doing. Juli explained it as best she could to a three year old. After absorbing the information that Juli gave her, Claire looked at her and said "My baby is going to eat my mommy's boobies too." So funny!

Although our trip was centered around meeting Cameron, we managed to do some other things as well. One thing that Juli and I like to do when we get together is sew. We headed to the fabric store and picked out some cute fabrics to make the girls matching dresses.
I think the finished product turned out really cute. My friend, Holly, is going to monogram an owl on the front to finish it off.
The highlight of the week was taking all of the cousins to get their ears pierced. They were all so excited.........mainly because they didn't know what was in store. Here they are before the piercing began.
Claire was the first to go. We didn't let the others see until it was their turn.
Sofi was next.
Then Tanner.......
All of the girls cried a bit, but I just happened to get this picture of Tanner. Poor baby!
Scarlett went last.
Even though they all got upset, the tears only lasted for a couple of minutes and they were all better.
Then it was time to act silly.
After getting ears pierced, we headed to the community pool in the neighborhood where Haley and Jason are building their new house.
On our last day, Ya Ya came for a visit. The girls love her and were so excited to see her. We were glad she got to visit.
